Information We Collect

Apex eGift collects account information such as name, email address, phone number, and wallet activity needed to provide gift card wallet services.

Phone numbers may be used for account security and wallet verification before sensitive actions such as adding gift cards, adding funds, or sending gifts.

Text Messaging and Consent

One-time text messages used for phone verification are transactional security messages. They are sent only after the customer takes a distinct action to request a verification code.

Promotional text messages are optional. Consent for promotional text messages is collected separately through an unchecked-by-default checkbox and is not required to register or use Apex eGift services.

Mobile Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be shared only with service providers who help us deliver our services, such as messaging providers used to send verification codes.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
