Wallet Security
Customers may be required to verify a valid phone number before performing sensitive wallet actions, including adding gift cards, adding funds, or sending gifts to friends.
Phone verification messages are one-time transactional security messages and do not enroll customers in promotional text messaging.
Optional Promotional SMS
Promotional SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of using Apex eGift services. Customers may use the service without consenting to promotional text messages.
If a customer chooses to opt in, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Customers can reply STOP to cancel promotional text messages.
SMS Consent Data
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
